Job Overview
West Hartford Public Schools seeks a proactive and positive attitude candidate for a full‑time job coach paraprofessional in the Post‑Secondary Program. This 10‑month position offers full benefits.
Responsibilities- Work with adolescents and young adults across a variety of settings in schools, classrooms, vocational sites, and the community.
- Perform lifting, walking, and other physical duties, including supporting students with activities of daily living.
- Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and attentiveness to all job responsibilities at all times.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Prior experience preferred.
- Flexible, reliable, effective interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift, walk, and support students physically.
Salary: per paraprofessional contract. Full benefits included.
