Description
For the school year, beginning August 1st, 2026.
St. Linus School is seeking an enthusiastic Physical Education teacher who will inspire students to develop lifelong habits of fitness, teamwork, sportsmanship, and healthy living.
Responsibilities- Plan and teach engaging physical education classes for students K-8.
- Create a safe, positive learning environment.
- Organize and supervise physical activities, games, and fitness assessments.
- Manage student behavior using positive and consistent expectations.
• The PE position can also include, but is not required, a Day Care position for grades K-8. The person must create a safe and nurturing environment. Position may be Day Care only.
Qualifications- Experience working with children.
- Responsible and punctual.
- Ability to maintain a safe and nurturing environment.
PE:
Bachelor’s Degree in progress is acceptable. Day Care:
High School Degree Required.
- PE: 8 hours a week (days/times flexible).
- Day Care:
Monday-Thursday 2:30-6:00, Fridays 11:30-6:00.
