Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Controls / Automation Engineer to support the design, development, programming, testing, and validation of automated systems. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience with Rockwell Automation platforms, vision systems, and motion control, along with knowledge of qualification processes in regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, program, and troubleshoot Rockwell Automation PLCs (Control Logix, Compact Logix, Studio 5000, etc.).
• Design, configure, and integrate machine vision systems including Cognex or Keyence platforms.
• Implement, tune, and maintain Rockwell motion control solutions for automated equipment.
• Create and execute IQ/OQ/PQ protocols to support equipment qualification and validation activities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing engineers.
• Assist in system commissioning, FAT/SAT, and troubleshooting during deployment.
• Develop technical documentation including schematics, test plans, and user manuals.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and applicable regulatory requirements.

Required Experience &

Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Rockwell PLC programming (Studio 5000).
• Hands‑on experience with Cognex or Keyence vision systems.
• Experience with Rockwell motion control (Kinetix drives, motion modules).
• Working knowledge of IQ/OQ/PQ processes for equipment validation.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and P&IDs.
• Strong problem‑solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
