Overview

Reporting to the Vice President of Product Strategy, the Product Manager will drive the development and lifecycle of one or more products from concept to launch and beyond. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment: you’ll wear multiple hats, work closely with leadership, and help shape products that sit at the intersection of gaming innovation and player experience.

The position requires strong knowledge of the gaming market and player psychology, as well as the ability to execute in a fast‐moving, entrepreneurial setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with design, development, marketing, and analytics teams to define the product vision and roadmap.
  • Oversee the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, from ideation through launch and post‑release optimization.
  • Translate player behavior and market research into actionable product strategies.
  • Set, track, and analyze product KPIs, using data and experimentation to drive decisions.
  • Clearly communicate product vision, goals, and updates to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapting quickly to evolving priorities.
  • Contribute to a startup culture by bringing ideas, flexibility, and a willingness to go beyond traditional responsibilities.
Qualifications
  • Deep knowledge of the gaming industry, player psychology, and emerging trends.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, and game development processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience guiding cross‑functional teams.
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities and comfort navigating ambiguity.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, game design, or a related field (MBA a plus).
  • 3–5+ years of product management experience in the social mobile gaming or iGaming industry.
  • Hands‑on experience using data, analytics tools, and A/B testing to inform product decisions.
