Financial Analyst

Compensation: $70,000–85,000 + bonus

Work Model: Hybrid (2-3 days in Fairfield County office)

Position Overview

As a Financial Analyst, you’ll be an integral part of a collaborative Finance team, supporting key forecasting, reporting, and analysis activities that influence business decisions. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with monthly and quarterly forecasting processes, including revenue, operating expenses, and headcount.
  • Maintain and update financial models to support budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and scenario analysis.
  • Prepare monthly reporting packages and dashboards for leadership, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
  • Support ad hoc analyses related to capital projects, cost initiatives, and strategic priorities.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to validate assumptions and track KPIs.
  • Contribute to process improvements by helping to streamline workflows, standardize reporting, and enhance planning tools and ERP systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance.
  • Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; ability to work with large datasets.
  • Familiarity with ERP or planning tools;
    Net Suite experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
