Key Responsibilities
  • Holistic Finance Solution Ownership: Serve as senior accountable owner of end‑to‑end finance systems solution, spanning full lifecycle from transaction initiation (P2P, R2R, O2C) through financial close and reporting; provide strategic direction to team; serve as senior escalation point; represent solution to Finance leadership and executive stakeholders.
  • Global Process Design & Solution

    Roadmap:

    Define and maintain global finance process design framework; own and communicate finance systems solution roadmap; provide senior SME across financial application portfolio.
  • Business Requirements & Implementation Leadership: Lead business requirements definition at program level; serve as program lead for ERP implementations; own UAT governance for finance system implementations.
  • Training, Adoption & Change Management: Own change management and adoption strategy; set direction and standards for finance training; lead user community communications.
  • Continuous Improvement & Change Request Governance: Own governance framework for change requests; evaluate change requests; synthesize approved change requests into continuous improvement roadmap.
  • Finance Data, Reporting & Analytics Strategy: Own strategic vision for finance data and reporting; provide direction and oversight to Finance Data & Reporting Owner; champion data and analytics as a strategic asset.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with all Legends policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field required; MBA or Master’s degree preferred. CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification strongly preferred.
  • Experience: 10+ years of progressive finance, accounting, or consulting experience required, including at least 5 years leading finance transformation or systems implementation initiatives in a complex, global environment; proven track record as a Global Process Owner or equivalent senior lead on ERP implementations (D365 F&O, SAP, Oracle, Workday, or equivalent), including ownership of business requirements, configuration oversight, UAT, and training; demonstrated experience with finance data architecture, data warehousing, and ETL/integration tools;

    hands‑on experience with financial reporting tools and BI platforms; experience leading finance data migration efforts; strong background in master data governance, KPI design, and financial planning and performance measurement frameworks.
