- Portfolio Guidance & Implementation: Coordinate with the Investment Department on strategy selection, tax-aware asset location, and rebalancing across taxable, municipal, and retirement accounts; monitor performance versus objectives.
- Client Relationship Management: Conduct proactive check-ins and formal review meetings; build rapport and trust through attentive service, clear communication, and transparent fiduciary practices.
- Compliance & Fiduciary Care: Operate within SEC/state RIA regulations; ensure delivery of required disclosures (e.g., Form ADV), accurate fee billing, documentation of advice, and careful handling of privacy-sensitive information.

Serve as a valued resource to the Investment Department; contribute to process improvements, planning templates, and advisor education. - Business Development & Growth: Source new client relationships from your personal network of high-net-worth individuals and centers of influence (e.g., CPAs, attorneys, business owners); collaborate with key Daybright stakeholders to identify opportunities within the existing book; drive cross-sell/upsell, referrals, and event/campaign follow-through while maintaining pipeline hygiene and conversion metrics.
- 5–15 years of client-facing investment management and financial planning experience.
- Strong command of planning software (Money Guide Pro and/or Orion Planning).
- Demonstrated expertise across taxable, municipal, and retirement assets, including tax-aware portfolio construction.
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail; able to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
- Excellent communication skills and a service mindset that builds long-term rapport and trust.
