There is a clear mandate to professionalize, optimize, and drive profitability. This is a high-impact CFO role, perfectly placed for a finance leader who understands the operational and commercial nuances of automotive retail and thrives in complex, owner-led environments. The business has recently invested in significant expansion.

• Build and lead a best-in-class finance function, including upgrading controllership and strengthening team capability
• Drive margin improvement and cash discipline across a multi-entity structure
• Lead ERP transformation and establish robust reporting and consolidation processes
• Act as a strategic partner to the CEO, sponsor, and board, shaping the next phase of value creation

• CFO (or step-up) experience within automotive dealerships is essential
• Proven ability to manage multi-site operations and centralized finance structures
• Strong track record in team building, systems improvement, and performance delivery in PE or similar environments
• Local, or open to relocation to the tri-state area. HQ is~25 miles from Midtown, Manhattan
