We are a growing and dynamic alternative investment manager committed to delivering exceptional investment performance and best-in-class client service. We are seeking a highly motivated Client Services professional to join our Investor Relations and Operations team, acting as a key point of contact for investors while leveraging a strong understanding of fund operations and operational due diligence.

The Role

This is a broad and visible role sitting at the intersection of investor servicing, fund operations, and due diligence. The successful candidate will work closely with investors, prospective allocators, fund administrators, prime brokers, and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless client experience and support the firm's continued growth.

The role is particularly well suited to candidates with experience in Operational Due Diligence (ODD), fund operations, middle office, fund administration, or investor relations within the alternatives industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for existing and prospective investors.
  • Coordinate and respond to investor requests, questionnaires, and due diligence inquiries.
  • Manage the completion of operational due diligence and investor onboarding documentation.
  • Support investor reporting, including monthly and quarterly communications.
  • Liaise with fund administrators, auditors, legal counsel, and other service providers.
  • Assist with subscription, redemption, and capital activity processes.
  • Maintain investor records and CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Support fundraising initiatives, investor meetings, and due diligence visits.
  • Work closely with portfolio management, compliance, and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate information delivery.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives across client servicing and operational workflows.
Candidate Profile

We are interested in candidates with:

  • 3-6 years of relevant experience within hedge funds, asset managers, fund administrators, consulting firms, or institutional allocators.
  • Experience in Operational Due Diligence (ODD), fund operations, middle office, investor relations, client services, or fund administration.
  • Strong understanding of hedge fund structures, service providers, and operational processes.
  • Familiarity with institutional investor due diligence requirements and questionnaires.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
