We're partnering with an expanding national firm seeking a strategic and hands‑on finance leader to oversee financial operations, reporting, forecasting, and process improvement initiatives. This is a highly visible position reporting directly to executive leadership and offering significant influence on the organization’s growth trajectory.

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and month‑end close activities
• Drive cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and financial analysis
• Develop and strengthen internal controls and scalable financial processes
• Partner with revenue operations on billing, compensation, and profitability initiatives
• Consolidate multi‑entity and business‑unit financial reporting
• Support executive leadership with strategic planning and financial modeling
• Mentor and develop finance team members

• 7+ years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience
• Background in wealth management, financial services, RIA platforms, or multi‑entity organizations preferred
• Experience as a Controller, Director of Finance, VP Finance, or similar leadership role
• Strong technical accounting and operational finance expertise
• CPA or CFA preferred
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution
