This role is focused on providing comprehensive advice and customized financial solutions to clients, helping them achieve their financial goals by triaging leads, building financial plans, and recommending brokerage products.

• Work with clients to plan short and long‑term financial goals by building a financial plan with brokerage products, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking solutions.
• Recommend banking and investment strategies that align with client goals and needs.
• Triage client requests and make referrals to appropriate internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds.
• Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities.
• Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele.
• Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners based on knowledge of client needs and potential product services.
• Apply and expand knowledge by completing required licenses and training; maintain SAFE Act registration, including background checks and compliance.

• Currently holds Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 63/65 in lieu of 66) licenses; a passing score on the missing series within 60 days is acceptable.
• At least one year of experience in the investments industry, including investment training and deep knowledge of investment products and services.
• At least one year of experience in the financial service industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.
• Ability to set and accomplish goals, build and nurture strong relationships, collaborate effectively, communicate confidently with all clients, manage goals in a fast‑paced environment, and adapt to new information.
• Manage time and capacity efficiently and incorporate relevant regulatory due diligence into daily activities.

• Strong computer skills and ability to multitask in a demanding environment.
• At least three years of experience in the financial service industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.
• Professional designations such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC).
