Process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan and safe deposit box payments;
Balance cash drawers and ATMs/Teller Cash Dispensers/Teller Cash Recycler devices;
Educate customers on banking products and digital self-service options;
Respond to customer inquiries and escalate to management as needed;
Train and mentor new tellers and assist store leadership with daily duties
