Role OverviewVerition is seeking a motivated Operations Associate to join its FX Operations team. The Associate will be responsible for daily cash and position reconciliation across a high volume of transactions, multiple accounts, counter parties, and asset classes, leveraging a suite of internal and third-party systems. You will work closely with Trading, Technology, and other Operations teams to ensure accuracy and timely resolution of breaks.
Key Responsibilities- Perform daily cash and position reconciliations across internal systems, external platforms, and Prime Brokers.
- Escalate and drive timely resolution of outstanding breaks.
- Identify process gaps and partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement solutions.
- Support trade capture for FX strategies. Track and manage trade lifecycle events including expiries, cashflows, and marking positions
- 2-5 years of experience in investment management or fund operations.
- Working knowledge of productions FX spot, forwards, NDF, swaps, and exotic FX options.
- Strong understanding of trade lifecycle.
- Familiarity with OMS platforms and prime broker portals Bloomberg AIM, Orchestrade, or Geneva experience preferred.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high intensity environment.
