DescriptionThe Associate Finance Manager supports theday-to-day financial operations ofthe organization by assisting with financial reporting, month-endand quarter-endclose activities, forecasting, and internal controls.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with the month-end and quarter-end financial close process, including preparation of journal entries, accruals, andsupportingschedules.
- Prepare and maintain account reconciliationsto ensure the accuracy and integrity of the general ledger.
- Support the developmentoffinancial forecasts, projections, and budget updatesby analyzing historical trends and business performance.
- Review inventory balances, transactions, and valuation to ensure accuracy and identify potential risks or variances.
- Monitor and oversee daily cash activities.
- Analyze financial results and investigate variances, providing meaningful insights to management.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and supporting schedules for leadership and external auditors.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, enhance internal controls, and increase operational efficiency.
- Support special projectsandother finance initiatives as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, ora related field.
- 3+ yearsof experience in accounting orfinance.
- Strong understanding ofGAAP and financial reporting principles.
- Experience with financial close processes, reconciliations, forecasting, and cash management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems (e.g., Net Suite or similar).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention todetail and abilityto manage multiple priorities in a afar-paced environment.
