Financial Analyst, FP&A
Salary: up to $80,000 + bonus

Hybrid work model – Norwalk, CT

Key Responsibilities for the Financial Analyst, FP&A:

• Support insurance and risk-related responsibilities, including renewals, claims, and exposure analysis
• Conduct customer and vendor financial assessments to evaluate creditworthiness and onboarding risk
• Prepare monthly reporting packages and dashboards for leadership
• Partner with department heads to validate assumptions and track KPIs
• Support monthly and quarterly forecasting, including revenue, OPEX, headcount, and cost-driver modeling

Qualifications for the Financial Analyst, FP&A:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or related field
• Strong Excel skills, with the ability to build and maintain multi-variable models
• Comfort working with ERP and BI systems; interest in process automation preferred
