Manager, FP&A

Salary:
Up to $150k base + bonus (dependent on experience)

Hybrid work schedule, based out of Norwalk, CT

• Build and own the corporate financial model and five-year strategic plan alongside senior FP&A leadership
• Present directly to business unit leaders and subsidiary heads through monthly and quarterly performance reviews
• Gain exposure across global operations by partnering with Treasury on U.S. and international working capital forecasts
• Work cross-functionally with business development, production, operations, and treasury

• Build and maintain the corporate financial model, including the five-year strategic plan
• Develop KPI dashboards to monitor cost structure, profitability, and operational efficiency
• Own monthly and quarterly performance reviews, including variance analysis of actual vs. budget vs. forecast
• Partner with Treasury on working capital forecasts across U.S. and international subsidiaries
• Support ad hoc financial analysis and strategic initiatives as the business scales

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA a plus
• 4-7 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or related field
• Advanced financial modeling skills, including multi-year forecasting models
• Proficiency in Excel required; experience with ERP systems (e.g., Net Suite) a plus
