. With 75%+ annual growth and strong market momentum, we’re seeking a high-energy Clinical Specialist to partner with their Territory Manager physicians, support cases, and drive business expansion.

What You’ll Do
- Drive sales growth with the Territory Manager across a defined territory
- Partner with key physicians, clinical staff, and hospital stakeholders to deliver world-class support during cases and procedures
- Develop and execute a territory sales strategy that increases product utilization and market share
- Collaborate with clinical and service teams to ensure superior physician experience and patient outcomes
- Build strong, long-term relationships with healthcare facilities and KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders)
What We’re Looking For
- Successful B2B sales experience with a proven record of quota achievement OR clinical nurse, tech or previous clinical experience in procedural setting such as OR, cath lab, ASCs, etc.
- Hunter mentality — self-motivated, persistent, and competitive
- High energy, grit, and coachability
; able to thrive in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment - Strong communication and presentation skills
- Preferred: Some experience selling into the hospital or surgical
