Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Patient Experience Coordinator located in Norwalk, CT. The Patient Experience Coordinator will manage daily front‑office operations, including appointment scheduling, greeting patients, and coordinating reception tasks. The role involves answering phone calls, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a positive patient experience. The position requires organization, effective communication, and an understanding of medical terminology and administrative processes to support the practice's smooth operation.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and effective Communication
  • Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and Receptionist Duties
  • Understanding of Medical Terminology and healthcare office procedures
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and empathy in patient interactions
  • Prior experience in a medical or dental office is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional healthcare certifications are a plus
