Patient Access Liaison 1 - Part Time

Nuvance Health -  - Responsibilities:
Greets patients and/or physicians, staff, and guests in a professional manner and directs them based on appointment location and status;
Responds to telephone calls per customer service standards and provides requested information;
Performs accurate patient search in hospital system to maintain accurate patient identification;
Schedules appointments and registers patients, obtaining necessary demographics and financial information;
Verifies insurance eligibility and gathers payor information and authorizations as needed
