Job DescriptionWe are seeking motivated, compassionate, and forward-thinking New Graduate Physical Therapists to join our growing team. We are hiring for clinics throughout Long Island, Westchester, Brooklyn, Queens, Rhode Island, and Connecticut. As a new grad at Metro, you’ll receive individualized mentorship, hands-on learning opportunities, and the resources you need to confidently transition from student to practicing clinician. You’ll work in a supportive outpatient environment alongside skilled therapists, with access to state-of-the-art facilities and a collaborative team that truly values your growth.
Qualifications- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of New York or eligible.
- Evaluates a patient's need for physical therapy and develops an appropriate treatment plan.
- Provides appropriate care and treatment to patients based on physician care plan, agency policy and professional standards of care.
- Instructs family members, PTA's, Home Health Aides, and other caregivers in appropriate physical therapy techniques.
- Mandatory
Certifications:
First Aid, AED, & CPR Certifications.
