Position Title: Hourly Caregiver
Location: Multiple locations across Fairfield County
Employment Type: Full-time, Part-time, or Per Diem
Pay Range: Commensurate with experience
Reports To: Care Manager
Position SummaryThe Hourly Caregiver provides high-quality, compassionate care and assistance to seniors in their homes. This role focuses on supporting clients with activities of daily living while promoting comfort, dignity, and independence.
Key Responsibilities- Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Provide companionship and emotional support through conversation and engagement in daily activities.
- Prepare meals, assist with medication reminders, and perform light housekeeping.
- Observe and report changes in the client’s condition to the Care Manager.
- Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to company privacy standards and HIPAA regulations.
- Follow care plans and respond promptly to client needs.
- Prior caregiving experience preferred.
- Professional, dependable, and respectful demeanor.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
