At Holding Hands, our Behavior Technician team delivers impactful, one‑on‑one care that helps children, adolescents and adults grow, develop, and thrive. As a Behavior Technician, you’ll provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy across Clinic, Home, Community, and School settings while being supported by an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a collaborative clinical team.

Location: Whittier, CA
Compensation: $23.00 - $25.00 / hour
Compensation & Benefits- $23 - $25/hour Direct Therapy rate
- $300 sign‑on bonus

- Clear career path:
Behavior Technician → Mid‑level → BCBA
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy as a Behavior Technician
- Implement treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Support skill development, communication, and independence
- Collect and track client data accurately
- Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical team members
- Build strong, supportive relationships with clients and families
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or GED required
- Reliable transportation required
- Willingness to learn and grow in the field of ABA
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- No prior experience required to start your career as a Behavior Technician
