HEI Hotels and Resorts is expanding its Rooms Manager-in-Training program for recent hospitality graduates. The MIT will spend 12 months rotating through Front Office and Housekeeping, gaining hands-on experience and exposure to hotel operations.
Shadowing, department meetings, and mastery of PMS systems are required as you learn to manage guest service and cost controls. Relocation flexibility is encouraged for placement after completion.
