EVEN Hotel by IHG in Norwalk, CT is looking for a passionate and polished Front Desk Manager to lead our guest experience team. • Oversee daily front desk operations including check-in, check-out, and guest services
• Lead, train, and schedule front desk staff to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency
• Manage room inventory, reservations, and rate management in coordination with the revenue team
• Ensure compliance with IHG brand standards and hotel policies and procedures
• Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments to ensure seamless operations
• Monitor and respond to online guest reviews and feedback platforms

• 2+ years of front desk or guest services experience in a hotel environment
• Prior supervisory or management experience in hospitality preferred
• Proficiency with property management systems (PMS); IHG or Opera experience a plus
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Guest-first mindset with a warm, professional demeanor
• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality degree a plus
