EVEN Hotel by IHG in Norwalk, CT is looking for a detail‑oriented and dependable Night Auditor to join our front desk team. • Perform nightly audit of hotel financial transactions, balancing daily revenue and reconciling accounts
• Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including guest check‑ins and check‑outs
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns
• Process end‑of‑day reports and prepare daily summary reports for management review
• Monitor hotel security and ensure the safety and comfort of all overnight guests
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any overnight needs
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and maintain accurate billing records

• Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred
• Familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS), IHG experience a plus Hotel Key
• Strong mathematical and accounting aptitude with keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and stay focused during overnight shifts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
