Full Desk Staffing Recruiter (Sales + Recruitment)

Location: Connecticut | Hybrid

Revere Staffing Partners is growing and we’re looking to add an experienced Full Desk Staffing

Recruiter to support and expand our Connecticut market.

This is a true 360° role for someone who knows agency staffing, enjoys building relationships, and thrives on driving results through both business development and recruitment strategy
.

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle: business development, client management, and candidate delivery
• Build and grow new client relationships while supporting existing accounts
• Recruit and place talent across professional, manufacturing, and operations-focused roles
• Develop creative sourcing and sales strategies to drive consistent growth
• Act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates

• Prior experience in agency staffing (full desk preferred)
• Background supporting high volume manufacturing and/or professional roles strongly preferred
• Comfortable with sales, cold outreach, and relationship-driven business development
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus, not a requirement
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to succeed in a remote/hybrid environment
