As a result of our ongoing growth, we are adding a Senior Payroll & HR Technology Specialist to the team. The resource we are seeking must have international payroll processing and Workday experience.

How you’ll make an impact
  • Identify and recommend process improvements such as training, customization, automation, and enhancements to maximize the value and efficiency of our client’s payroll/HRIS platform
  • Build and maintain client relationships in a customer‑centric environment
  • Successfully manage several projects and/or clients simultaneously in a highly organized manner
  • Create and document standard payroll processing procedures.
  • Work in a virtual team environment or autonomously completing tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Provide payroll compliance assistance and guidance, as well as communicate best practices
  • Prioritizes meeting client deliverables and deadlines
About You
  • Must have international payroll processing and Workday experience.
  • Experience with any major payroll/HRIS platform (e.g. ADP, Ceridian, Paychex, Paycom, Paycor, Paylocity, Rippling, UKG, or Workday.)
  • Experience with other payroll/HRIS platforms is a plus.
  • End to end payroll processing.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a payroll specialist or payroll administrator type role.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including creating formulas, Pivot Tables, and the use of VLOOKUP.
  • Attention to detail, comfort with numbers, problem‑solving ability, and the ability to operate in a highly confidential setting.
  • Experience with payroll taxes and quarterly/annual reconciliations with the ability to troubleshoot issues resulting in root cause identification.
Compensation and benefits

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
