- Collaborate with the HR team and business to implement HR initiatives aligned with organizational strategic objectives
- Develop internal client relationships and provide coaching to drive people-management initiatives
- Provide HR consultation and support across performance management, change management, recruiting lifecycle, and employee relations
- Serve as primary contact for managers and associates regarding associate concerns
- Conduct investigations and make fact-based recommendations
- Escalate issues to HR and business-unit leadership as appropriate
- Collaborate with HR leadership and inside counsel on complex or sensitive issues
- Partner with Recruiting to attract and retain top talent
- Craft and revise role profiles aligned with business and workforce plans
- Align workforce planning with financial budgets and company forecast cycles
- Guide organizational planning and implement organizational changes
- Support leadership preparation for annual talent reviews and succession planning
- Identify top talent and develop retention strategies
- Lead annual salary, bonus/commission, and equity planning with business-unit leadership
- Analyze compensation and recommend market adjustments
- Collaborate with global compensation and benefits partners on annual benefits enrollment
- Coach managers and associates on effectiveness and performance
- Use influence and negotiation strategies to gain stakeholder support for key initiatives
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8–10 years of progressive HR experience or equivalent relevant work experience
- Strong business acumen
- Proven HR Generalist skills, including employee relations, employment law, employee engagement, compensation, performance management, recruitment, and training and development
- Ability to deliver HR programs addressing business issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision‑making skills
- Ability to handle sensitive situations and documentation
- Ability to work collaboratively in a matrix environment
- Ability to partner with GVPs and managers on strategic HR planning and operations
Demonstrates extensive HR Generalist expertise with a focus on employee relations, performance management, and recruitment. Proven ability to align HR initiatives with strategic business objectives while fostering strong internal client relationships.
