- We’re seeking a Content Program Manager to support large-scale digital initiatives across multiple brands and online channels.
- This role focuses on program coordination, prioritization, and delivery while improving the quality and performance of digital product experiences.
- You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, drive operational efficiency, and ensure high-quality content and assets are delivered on time across complex environments.
- Coordinate intake, prioritization, and planning across multiple digital initiatives
- Support roadmap execution, timelines, and delivery accountability
- Partner cross-functionally with creative, marketing, operations, and analytics teams
- Help improve digital product experience quality and performance using insights and reporting
- Manage dependencies, risks, and operational workflows across internal and external partners
- Support digital initiatives across major online marketplaces and direct-to-consumer channels
Job Qualifications
- Experience leading or supporting digital programs, platform initiatives, or operational projects
- Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- Strong organizational skills with a structured, detail-oriented mindset
- Experience operating within enterprise project or program environments
- Ability to translate business needs into actionable plans and execution
- Strong communication skills and comfort working in fast-paced environments
