Service Now Risk Products Engineer
CVS Health is hiring a Service Now Risk Products Engineer. The ideal candidate has strong platform knowledge and experience implementing risk-related workflows in Service Now. The role involves developing, configuring, and providing operational support for Service Now IT Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) modules.
Requirements- Deep understanding of the TPRM and IRM modules of Service Now.
- Ability to translate stories into code using best practices.
- Vision to guide the product through automation and AI assistance.
- Triage, investigate, and resolve issues in accordance with enterprise SLAs.
- Develop risk, compliance, audit, security, and vendor-risk requirements into stories aligned to Service Now out-of-the-box capabilities.
- Regulatory and risk frameworks that commonly drive IRM/TPRM implementations (e.g., SOX, SOC, HIPAA, GDPR, operational resilience, vendor cybersecurity risk).
