About the Role
Deskside Support, fully onsite, dedicated to delivering hands‑on support and maintaining client systems for a diverse range of end users, including executive support. The role involves testing and troubleshooting software upgrades, system images, hardware deployments, and resolving issues across multiple device types via on‑site and remote support.

- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on client systems.
- Assist with software upgrades, system imaging, and hardware deployments.
- Maintain client satisfaction by meeting XLA and SLA targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams and alliance partners to identify modernization and automation opportunities.
- Provide remote support and documentation as needed.
- 5+ years of experience providing IT support in a customer‑facing environment.
- Strong communication skills – email, phone, and in‑person.
- U.S. citizenship and residence within the United States.
- Pre‑employment drug test required.
- Proof of vaccination may be needed for client sites.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field.
- Experience with Microsoft products and technologies.
U.S. full‑time salary range: $38,400 – $65,040 (varies by geography, skills, experience). California (SR Area): $46,080 – $78,120;
California (All other): $42,120 – $71,640; other states listed accordingly.
