Senior Manager – Market Intelligence, AI Technology Platforms

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the strategic oversight and optimization of competitive intelligence and AI‑enabled research capabilities.
• Support the Enterprise Strategy team's research tool ecosystem by partnering with the Lead Director.
• Act as the SME and product owner of the team’s knowledge management system (Crayon).
• Organize requirements and work with vendors on new features, oversee utilization reporting, and identify ways to leverage platforms for research needs.
• Partner closely with Strategy leaders and external vendors to align tool capabilities with evolving business needs.

• 7+ years of experience in market/competitive intelligence, research operations, or a related strategy/insights function.
• Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency with complex formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling to synthesize and analyze large datasets.
• Hands‑on experience with AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT) to enhance productivity, streamline research workflows, and support insight generation.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect tool capabilities to strategic outcomes.
• Experience leading enablement, training, or change management initiatives across large teams.
• Excellent communication skills, with experience preparing executive‑ready materials.
