Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and oversee digital engineering functions
- Manage a team of engineers

- Coordinate with stakeholders and allocate resources
- Drive technical excellence and create alignment between business goals and technical solutions

- Advocate security best practices
- 7+ years of overall IT/Digital development experience on enterprise class applications
- 5+ years in a management role, leading software development teams
- 5+ years of experience partnering with architecture, product and program management teams
- 2+ years of experience with programming languages/frameworks: ETL tools, BI solutions, Java
- Excellent knowledge with any SQL platform
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform
- Hands on experience with cloud technologies/platforms, and/or CRMs
- Good understanding and working experience in IT Security best practices and other compliance standards such as ADA, HIPAA, PCI DSS
- Experience in SAFe Agile work environments; certification of SAFe for leaders would be a plus
- Knowledge/experience in the Healthcare space, B2C and/or B2B
