Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their team as an Insurance Staff Member. • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
• Use a needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Assist the agent in establishing and achieving marketing goals.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

• Preferred:
  Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, listening)

• Currently hold Property and Casualty license; ability to obtain Life and Health licenses
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
