Salary: $65,000–$80,000 (based on experience)
Bonus: 5% discretionary bonus

WhatYou’ll Be Doing
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned commercial insurance clients, providing ongoing guidance on coverage strategy, risk exposures, and policy structure.
- Partner with clients to develop and implement tailored insurance and risk management programs aligned with their business objectives.
- Lead renewal and remarketing efforts, including preparing submissions, negotiating with carriers, and ensuring competitive coverage placement.
- Develop client proposals, coverage comparisons, loss analysis summaries, and insurance program recommendations.
- Coordinate and prepare insurance documentation including binders, certificates, policies, endorsements, and coverage schedules.
- Support claims processes by assisting clients with reporting, carrier communication, and follow-up coordination.
- Conduct policy reviews, audits, and renewal consultations to verify accuracy and proactively resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate with producers, underwriters, carriers, and internal service teams to deliver high-quality client service.
- Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory updates, and emerging insurance products to strengthen client advisory capabilities.
- Identify opportunities to improve service workflows, client communication, and operational efficiency.
- Active Property & Casualty license required. Professional designations such as CIC, CPCU, ARM, or AINS are strongly preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years of commercial lines account management experience.
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, underwriting processes, and insurance markets.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Ability to travel to client locations as needed.
- Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus in some locations.
