Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Attorney role based in Connecticut. The Attorney will handle a caseload focused on travel industry matters, corporate matters, and labor and employment issues and civil litigation. Day-to-day responsibilities include legal research and analysis, drafting pleadings, motions, contracts, and advisory memoranda, and providing clear, actionable legal advice to clients. The Attorney will also communicate regularly with clients, manage deadlines, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Qualifications- Strong foundation in corporate law, including advising on workplace issues and compliance. Preferably 3-5 years of experience.
- Ability to provide clear, practical Legal Advice to clients in varied industries, especially the travel industry.
- Proficiency in legal Research to support case strategy, drafting, and risk assessment.
- Effective Negotiation skills for settlements, contracts, and dispute resolution.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and admission in good standing to eihter the Connecticut or New York.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong drafting and advocacy abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple matters, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to ethical practice, client service, and teamwork.
- Relevant experience in travel industry law is preferred.
