Position DescriptionReporting to the COO, the VP of Planning & Analytics, we are looking for a strategic planning leader with deep experience across global supply and demand ecosystems. Someone who blends hands‑on analytical rigor with executive‑level leadership that thrives in fast‑growth environments, and knows how to turn data into decisive action.
- Design and execute the end‑to‑end planning process for a complex, high volume / long tail supply chain.
- Optimize inventory across channels to reduce excess stock and improve working capital.
- Develop forecasting strategies across varying levels (SKU, parent, category) based on data patterns and business needs.
- Develop data‑driven models to determine optimal inventory levels, safety stock, and days of supply across a complex SKU portfolio.
- Evaluate end‑to‑end supply flow to improve inventory positioning and availability.
- Perform root‑cause analysis on forecast accuracy, stockouts, excess inventory, and imbalances, driving continuous improvement.
- Oversee the building and maintenance of analytical tools to improve forecast accuracy and inventory optimization.

- Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights that influence business decisions in fast‑paced, high‑variability environments.
- Compensation: $190,000 – $210,000 + bonus.
- Full benefit package including medical, dental, 401(k), in‑office gym, parental leave and much more.
