A well-established wholesaler in the building materials industry is seeking an Inventory Manager in the greater Hartford, CT area.
Required Qualifications:- 6+ years in logistics, warehouse, inventory, or fleet operations within the construction materials, industrial equipment, or building materials industries.
- Lead inventory strategy across a multi-site distribution network.
- Manage aged, excess, and high-value inventory while improving working capital, reducing shrinkage, and ensuring accurate ERP controls across multiple locations.
- Oversee a commercial delivery fleet.
- Familiarity with specialized material-handling equipment, and willingness to travel between locations.
