As Senior Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis (“FP&A”), you will be part of a team driving the analyses that help the CFO and leadership team execute on major initiatives and strategic decisions. You will support the Senior Director of FP&A and SVP of Investor Relations and FP&A in various analyses and serve as an analytical and strategic business partner through the organization.

Through effective planning and analysis, you will provide the CFO and the broader leadership team with the appropriate reporting to help establish goals and track performance across the business.
** In this role you will get to:
*** Support our brand-level compensation plans across the company, including bonus plans, our sizeable stock based compensation (SBC) program, and metrics/calculations behind our executive performance share units (PSU’s)
* Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the FP&A processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy, including utilizing and optimizing financial planning systems to streamline processes and improve data quality
* Act as the functional lead for One Stream for FP&A; overseeing master data architecture, ensuring global data integrity and optimizing management reporting logic to support evolving business requirements and automation
* Own global headcount reporting by establishing standardized frameworks and developing executive-level dashboards to drive transparency and deliver actionable workforce analytics
* Partner with the business to understand areas of collaboration and impact on financial results
* Help drive the Operating Plan and Forecasting process across the Company
** What you have:
*** Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or other relevant field.
* Minimum of 8 years of related professional experience, which may include corporate FP&A, investment banking, management consulting or other finance experience.
* Demonstrated strength in strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
* Advanced user of MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and Google Suite (Slides, Docs, Sheets).
* Demonstrated forecasting and modeling experience.
* Ability to multitask with a sense of urgency while maintaining a strong attention to detail.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently, coordinate the efforts of others and work well with people at a wide range of levels.
* One Stream/HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) experience is strongly preferred.
* Experience with compensation plans, intercompany or systems is a plus.

There are a variety of job related factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. In addition to a competitive base salary, roles are eligible to be considered for an annual bonus and equity grant.
