Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining a safe work environment. This is an onsite position based in Fairfield County, CT.

Project Manager's Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Plan, manage, and oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Coordinate and communicate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, schedules, budgets, and reports.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality, safety, and progress.
  • Lead project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
  • Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and labor resources.
Project Manager's Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
