Assistant General Manager

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant General Manager (AGM) to join our dynamic gym team. The AGM will play a key leadership role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring an exceptional member experience, and helping drive the gym's overall success. This individual will work closely with the General Manager to manage staff, maintain operational standards, and support business growth, while promoting a culture of fitness, wellness, and customer satisfaction.

Experience:
Minimum of 2-3 years in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the fitness or hospitality industry. Experience in customer service, sales, and team management is highly desirable. Background in fitness training, health club management, or a related field is a plus.
Skills:
Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in using gym management software, point of sale (POS) systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to stand, walk, and occasionally lift or move equipment and supplies. Ability to work in a gym environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
Compensation: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
