Salary Range: $60,000 to $80,000 (starting compensation will depend on experience)

Responsibilities- 3+ years of experience in restoration and/or construction
- 3+ years of project management Experience required
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Work on residential, commercial, and industrial projects
- Sense of ownership of each project and sense of urgency to complete them.
- Strong management and people skills
- Detail oriented, able to work within a budget, and know what quality work looks like.
- Construction supervision experience necessary
- Be able to bend, sit, stand, lift at least 50 pounds.
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant Franchise Specific Software
- Previous Insurance Claims Processing and Insurance Industry Experience
- Franchise Specific Software:
Xactimate, Xact Analysis, and others - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Ability to adapt and pivot under demanding conditions, with the capacity to manage numerous projects at once
- Patience and listening skills to respond appropriately and interact positively with customers
- Capable to work in a fast-paced, high call volume, team-oriented environment
- Bilingual – English/Spanish, a plus
- High school diploma/GED; required
- Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree
