Automotive General Manager

Job Summary

Protech Automotive Solutions and its affiliated brands is looking for a highly talented, dedicated, and quality-focused General Manager to lead all aspects of a service center, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration.

• Lead the overall operation of the service center, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration.
• Reward, recognize, and retain talented teammates, creating a positive work environment.
• Monitor current financial performance metrics and review prior month’s metrics to identify opportunities and trends.
• Ensure that all repairs are performed thoroughly, safely, and profitably in accordance with Protech’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), insurance partner requirements, and industry guidelines.

Annual salary up to $90,000, paid weekly. Benefits include:

• 3+ years of management experience in the automotive industry or a mobile business.
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility for company insurance coverage.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass all pre‑employment screenings, including background and MVR checks.
• Advanced understanding of estimates.
• Prior experience with OEM and advanced knowledge of repair processes, procedures, and scanning.
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
• Strong prioritization skills, adaptable to a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills for internal and external clients.
• Capability to perform physical activities including reaching, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50lb.
