CJS Millwork is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Millwork Drafter / Detailer to join our team in‑office in Norwalk, CT. We specialize in high‑end custom residential cabinetry, architectural millwork, and fine woodworking.

• Minimum 2 years experience in custom millwork drafting/detailing
• Experience with high‑end residential projects
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings and design intent

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD
• Experience creating shop drawings, production details, and field dimensions
• Understanding of cabinetry construction methods and millwork fabrication
• 3D modeling experience is a plus

• Cabinet Vision
• Master Cam
• Router‑CIM experience is a plus

• Detail‑oriented and organized
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced custom fabrication environment
• Team player with a strong work ethic

• Compensation based on experience
