HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACTAs a Machine Associate, this role embellishes garments in a variety of methods (DTF, Embroidery) or works in a pre-production capacity (i-Image in Screen Room) based on schedule requirements. Machine Associates will use various programs and equipment to embellish orders, ensure quality of all orders processed, and be able to troubleshoot all technology (computer hardware, software, printers, etc) to ensure high quality and timely delivery of orders.
WHATYOU WILL DO
- Uses various software packages to prepare and print order files; able to execute process of getting all garments and art together so order can be produced.
- Able to work machine to produce decorated garments
- Understands production schedule and how to properly prioritize orders to ensure the orders that are due are produced in order to meet or exceed delivery date.
- Monitors quality of all printed items; looking for any issues with quality. If an issue is discovered, reports and then troubleshoots the issue to attempt to resolve
- Accurately tracks and reports productivity, makeups and errors
- Assists in maintaining materials and supplies inventory
- Other duties as assigned
- Basic computer skills;
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) - Able to troubleshoot technical details
- Learn tasks quickly, be detailed, accuracy driven, personable, team oriented, and punctual with excellence in attendance.
- Candidates are required to differentiate and coordinate colors and be able to identify a variety of quality issues.
Physical requirements include standing for long periods of time (8 hours minimally), repetitive movement of the body, lifting of no less than 5-40 lbs. on a frequent basis, 41-85lbs on an occasional basis, and must be able to tolerate working in a non-climate controlled environment (including seasonal exposure to heat and humidity). Must be able to push/pull 5-35lbs occasionally.
