Job Description
A property and casualty client is seeking a highly organized, strategic and creative Marketing Manager to join their growing team. This role is ideal for a self-driven professional who thrives in an independent environment and enjoys owning marketing initiatives from strategy through execution. The Marketing Manager will lead key brand initiatives including events, gifting programs and social media, while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure consistency, quality and impact across all marketing efforts.
Responsibilities- Own and execute core marketing initiatives that support brand awareness, engagement and business objectives.
- Plan, manage and execute internal and external events from concept through completion, including logistics, vendors, budgets and timelines.
- Lead the company gifting program end-to-end, including sourcing, ordering, fulfillment, tracking and vendor management.
- Develop, create, schedule and manage Linked In content and other social media initiatives as needed.
- Maintain marketing calendars to ensure timely execution of campaigns, events and initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing touchpoints.
- Track budgets, timelines, and performance metrics; report on results; and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Continuously evaluate and improve marketing processes, workflows and tools.
- Proactively identify new marketing opportunities and recommend strategic enhancements.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, events, communications or a related field
- Proven ability to independently manage marketing initiatives from planning through execution
- Strong project management, organizational and prioritization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Hands‑on experience managing social media platforms, particularly Linked In
- Experience managing budgets, timelines and external vendors
- A strategic, detail-oriented and proactive mindset and are comfortable owning outcomes
The anticipated pay range for this position is $130,000-$175,000 annually.

The final pay for this position is determined based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant experience, skills and certifications, education and training, geographic location, market conditions, and internal equity.
