Infection Prevention Control Training Specialist, RN or LPN

Location:

Bridges by EPOCH, Norwalk, CT. Full‑time (37.5 hours per week) with 24 hours per month dedicated to staff training on infection prevention and control. Remaining hours on day shift 7 a.m.–3 p.m., with occasional weekend and holiday work.

• Provide training to all team members on infection prevention and control utilizing CDC programs.
• Monitor infection control policies within the community.
• Perform quality control and implement training as needed.
• Ensure compliance with state guidelines on infection control.
• Maintain full‑time status for the Bridges communities in Connecticut.

• CDC Infection Control Prevention Certificate, or willingness to obtain one.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Preferred experience working in an assisted living community.
• LPN license preferred.

Full‑time employment begins on the 1st of the month following hire date; benefits start with full‑time status. Paid time off, sick leave, 7 paid holidays, and 3 floating personal holidays per calendar year.
