Infection Prevention Control Training Specialist, RN or LPN
Location:
Bridges by EPOCH, Norwalk, CT. Full‑time (37.5 hours per week) with 24 hours per month dedicated to staff training on infection prevention and control. Remaining hours on day shift 7 a.m.–3 p.m., with occasional weekend and holiday work.
- Provide training to all team members on infection prevention and control utilizing CDC programs.
- Monitor infection control policies within the community.
- Perform quality control and implement training as needed.
- Ensure compliance with state guidelines on infection control.
- Maintain full‑time status for the Bridges communities in Connecticut.
- CDC Infection Control Prevention Certificate, or willingness to obtain one.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Preferred experience working in an assisted living community.
- LPN license preferred.
