Job Overview
Reliant Medical Group, part of the Optum family of businesses, is seeking a Fulltime Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Leominster, MA. As a member of the Optum Care Delivery team, you’ll play an integral role in our vision to make healthcare better for everyone.
Position Highlights & Primary Responsibilities- Schedule:
two 12‑hour clinical shifts per week plus additional administrative time. - APCs see approximately 2 patients per hour.

- Able to obtain Board Certification as a Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP).
- Certification to care for patients of all ages – pediatrics through adults.
- Able to obtain Unlimited Licensure in the state of Massachusetts.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in urgent care or emergency medicine.
- Active DEA license.
The salary range for this role is $113,000 to $173,500 annually based on full‑time employment. Pay is based on multiple factors including local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, and more.
