Pay Rate: $55–$70/hour based on experience + Incentives

Schedule: Flexible Day, Evening, Overnight & Weekend Shifts Available
Join Our Caring Team at Afflicted Home Care. We believe children heal best in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes and are seeking dedicated Pediatric RNs to provide exceptional one‑on‑one nursing care to children and families throughout Fairfield County, Connecticut.
Responsibilities- Provide skilled, individualized nursing care in the home setting
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes appropriately
- Manage and care for specialized equipment, including:
- G‑Tubes
- Tracheostomies
- Ventilators
- Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
- Educate families on care plans, treatments, and health management
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Promote patient comfort, safety, and quality of life
- Active Connecticut Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Current BLS Certification
- Strong clinical assessment and critical‑thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a home care environment
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout Fairfield County
- Pediatric nursing experience
- Tracheostomy and ventilator experience
- PALS Certification
- Day Shifts
- Evening Shifts
- Overnight Shifts
- Weekend Shifts
Part‑Time and Per Diem opportunities available, with expected hours ranging from 16–40 hours per week.
