Within the perioperative ecosystem—spanning Surgical Services, operative suites, and comprehensive pre‑op/PACU workflows—the Certified Nurse Operating Room Manager will guide a high-acuity program that balances complex cases with efficient ambulatory throughput, strengthened by academic network collaborations, simulation-based training, evidence-based protocols, and a deep commitment to community-focused care that keeps the patient experience at the center of every decision.

Reporting to the Director of Perioperative Services and partnering closely with anesthesia and surgical service line leaders, the OR Nurse Manager will be supported by clinical educators, seasoned charge RNs, specialty coordinators, dedicated schedulers, and Sterile Processing leaders.
